Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund in accordance with the instructions below. Books and gift cards are not refundable.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. An invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.

BOOKS AND GIFT CARDS are not eligible for a refund. The Mothers Rosary cannot accept returns on books or gift cards.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

To request a return, please contact us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund. Upon approval, you will be emailed a return shipping label. Print and attach the return shipping label (covering or removing any old shipping label), package the items carefully and securely, enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip, and ship with tracking using USPS. 

You will be charged a $4.00 shipping & processing fee on your return, unless the item is damaged or defective due to our error.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If the item is defective or damaged when received or if the wrong item is sent, this must be indicated to us when requesting a return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved for a refund, we will process the refund on your original method of payment within 10 business days. It can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. In case of late or missing refunds, please contact your credit card company and/or bank first before contacting The Mothers Rosary.

Please note that a $4.00 shipping & processing fee will be charged on all returns, unless the item is damaged or defective due to our error. The $4.00 shipping & processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not process exchanges. Please return the item you have in accordance with the above instructions and place a new order for the item you want. If you are a gift recipient, we will issue you a gift card for the value of the item.
